General meetings organization

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT:

Every company is obliged to change its deed and code of rules until the half of 2014 and thereby comply with the new Civil Code and the Law on Corporations.

We will gladly advise how to do it or we directly ensure an organization of your company’s general meeting. We are capable of arranging general meeting without the presence of a notary or a general meeting with the presence of notary. (if that is required by law or social contract).
