Changes in LLC – How does it work?

What do you need to do?
It is nothing complicated. For any change in a limited liability company, you just need to provide us with all the necessary data, including the details of the requested changes. After we review the existing notarial deed, we will contact you to arrange all the details, including the final price.
We will send you the necessary documents for signature verification – you can use a Czech POINT kiosk or do it online via Identita občana (Citizen’s Identity). We will take care of everything else at the authorities ourselves. Everything is usually settled within five working days.
