Receiving Shipments
If we agree on this, we’ll be happy to receive your mail and courier shipments on your behalf! We will notify you of each delivery through our www.mojekancelar.net application.
Important restrictions
We do not accept shipments heavier than 5 kg, larger than 45 cm in any dimension, or with a volume greater than 0.03 m³.
We do not accept dangerous items, live animals, or perishable goods.
We reserve the right to return uncollected shipments, refuse an excessive volume of shipments, or refuse shipments we consider unlawful.
Handing over your mail
When handing over your mail, we may ask you to verify your identity.
Storage and disposal
We store your mail for a period of 6 months. If you do not collect it even after this period has elapsed and after we have asked you to, we may dispose of it (shred it).
Registered mail
In order for us to also receive registered mail on your behalf, we need a power of attorney from you. If you do not grant us one (and we do not accept it), we will only accept ordinary mail.
