What will we take care of for you during a company’s registered office change?

General meeting

We will arrange a general meeting or shareholders’ consent if the founding document needs to be amended along with the change of registered office. We will secure the notarial deed, ensuring all legal requirements for transferring the registered office are met, including the entry into the Commercial Register.

Obtaining the decision

If the founding document does not change during the relocation, we will take care of obtaining the decision of the statutory body (one or more managing directors). This applies when you are moving the registered office within the same municipality—for example, switching from Prague 10 to Prague 3, where the city remains Prague. The change will be carried out by submitting a proposal to register the new address in the Commercial Register.

What attachments do we need to provide?

What updates will we take care of once the change of registered office is entered into the Commercial Register?

  • Within 15 days, we will update your company’s registered office with the Tax Office.
  • Within 8 days, we will report the change of registered office to the Health Insurance Company and the Social Security Administration.
  • Within 15 days, we will update the company’s registered office with the Trade Licensing Office.
  • If the property is owned by you, we will update the company’s registered office in the Real Estate Register.
