The company’s seat is the address of a legal person registered in Business register and partially determined at the founding document and petitioner, a person who is demanding for registration in the Business Register.
A seat of a legal entity is not subject to any special requirements. At least the law does not mention any special requirements. Only in case that a seat of a company is located in an apartment, the operation of the seat should not disturb the peace and order in the house.
Seat of the company determines local jurisdiction in relation to state authorities. Legal address of the company defines to which territorial Commercial Court and tax office the company will belong.
